One of the most well-known Harsh EBM acts out of Mexico is back with some new music for that shaky ass. Mexico City’s own C-Lekktor present to you X-Tension in Progress, the follow-up to 2008′s The Silence Procession. If you’re like me, you’re more familiar with C-Lekktor remixes of other group’s songs than you are of C-Lekktor’s own, original music. Within the past year or two, you’ve seen this group’s name coupled with tracks from artists such as Grendel, Alien Vampires, FGFC820, Suicide Commando, ad infinitum. But now it’s C-Lekktor’s turn to be in the spotlight, and they will not disappoint a crowd with this one, to be sure. Read more »

The German Electro-Industrial outfit, In Strict Confidence, has posted a 16-minute preview of their upcoming EP Morpheus set to be released on June 8th, 2012. The EP features over 43 minutes of music and features remixes from Haujobb, Diorama and Hecq.

Blasting in like a cold wind out of the Netherlands is the latest release (Maschinenwesen) from that country’s electro/industrial/gothic visionaries, Schwarzblut. Maschinenwesen is an album packed full of variety, imagination, and spectacular sounds. One minute you’re getting throttled by the buzzsaw industrial smashing of songs like “Schlusspoetik”, with it’s harsh but not over-processed vocals, and the next minute you’re listening to the beautiful voice of Angelika belting out the beautifully moving ballad “Der schere Abend”.
